WE FIGHT FOR RESIDENCE PERMIT FOR ALL

One year after the amnesty only for "Colf and Badanti", this law wanted by the government Berlusconi, Bossi and Fini from 1st September to 30th September 2009 has proved its failure.

The employer had to pay 500 euros per employee, but we all know that in many cases the workers paid of their own pockets these famous 500 euros. Indeed many had also to buy a contract of employment with prices ranging from 2000 to 9000 euros. Desperate people, who in order to come out of hiding from the law Bossi-Fini and from Pacchetto Sicurezza were themselves deceived and cheated.

Furthermore, at the beginning of regularization in September 2009, the Interior Ministry had also invited in a general way who had been expelled to submit applications for regularization. So some people with double expulsion were regularized at first, but from March 2010, the Ministry has sent a circular denying the issuance of residence permits to immigrants with previous expulsion.

A real machine of confusion and injustice that we don’t accept!

In the city of Turin and its province, where there were 8305 applications for regularization, almost 500 applications have been judged negative from Questura, many people waiting for the call are continuing to pay INPS contributions from their own pocket, without any certainty.

In view of the citizen demonstration of 27 th November in Turin, we appeal to all workers (immigrants and italians), families, trade unions, political forces, secular and religious associations, citizenship to join this mobilization.
